    Morning, Army

    Grrrrrrrrrr... JC can sure let go of the sleep fairy now. She's not playing fair :upset:

    I've had an upset to my weekend plans: my brother has had a crisis at work. Guess where he had to fly? Yep, you guessed it: Cape Town. He'll only be back sometime on Saturday. I'll speak to my SIL during the course of the morning. They've got three kids with busy little schedules so I don't know if she can fetch me this arvie. I might have to get a rental car. We'll see.

    Anyhooooooo... time to shave, shower and head down to the conference room.

    Have a lovely Thursday and may your day be unembuggered by plumbers, boilers and other inconveniences.

    Oners: I just read back on last night's thread. My heart breaks for that poor family. I don't have words... I just thought back to the feeling I had when I first held my own children when they were born.

          Morning guys,

          I don't think I am going to go to the funeral, I have no babysitter and I am NOT bringing the kids and to be honest, I really cannot handle it, would destroy me, so myself and the kids will light a candle here and say a prayer at 6pm, the time of the funeral. Rob will go tho, to represent our family.

            Oney im sending my love to the family and wishing them strength for today.

            My Parents arrived to stay last night and its lovely to see them, sadly im off to work but hoping my boss lets me away early...... Have a good thursday guys

                        Oney, so sorry to hear such tragic news.

                        just a quick one for me too, i have a mad as a box of frogs couple of days ahead. i am off on my hols Saturday, first real holiday sober. Always booked the AI, well you can guess why:H

                        But I just want to whisper (shuffles feet) that I will be 90 days on Monday whilst I am away, and I am quite chuffed with little old me!

                        Hope you have a good day, will try to check in later, this site is my lifeline :l

                            Oney, I'll light a candle at 6pm and say a wee prayer. Next time I see my gigantic kids I'm going to hug them to little pieces.

                            We'll have to sort out a rota for the sleep fairy cos believe it or not I'm getting a bit sluggish sleeping to much.
