Hiya Starty and Mario

I'm feeling OK, Starts. I'm glad I spent the day there. I've managed to confirm that the years' worth of psychotherapy has paid off and that I've pretty much made my peace. Also w.r.t. my mum being co-dependent. For the 1st time, I could observe the situation and not become entangled in it.

It was tough at first, but it became better as the day progressed.

I'm going back tomorrow to see my mum, but will be taking her somewhere where we can talk a bit.

Thinking about it just now, I also realised that I don't a hollow feeling in the pit of my stomach - the way I used to feel after seeing them.
