    Hope the melatonin works for you. I have the 2mg tablets but I find I need to take at least 2 of them in order for them to do any good. Tlrgs says he takes 4 so I guess it depends on the person. Others are fine with the 2mg ones.

                        Hiya Chill, I'm great thanks, been really busy and had to rein in my time here a little bit, unfortunately I can't just 'pop in' I have to read everything and before you know it i've lost an hour, and then I've read something that really annoyed me so have to check in an hour later to see what followed and so on and so on :H:H:H

                          I haven't been around much either but I realize I miss answering some of the newcomers posts and want to find the time to do more of that again.

                          Scotland is great! This is the longest time I have spend here in 9 years since leaving and I wasn't sure how I'd feel. It's good to know I'd be totally happy living back here if and when the time comes. The sun has actually come out for the 1st time and I see that there is in fact a sky up there! :H

                                Hi folks

                                Sorry - haven't been able to get on for ages and haven't been able to read back so no idea what is going on with everyone..work is keeping me very busy and away from home at times, have crappy internet access, have to get myself one of those dongle things..I'm a bit backward in the techno department.

                                Hope all are doing ok and keeping well - if a few are meeting for dinner this Sat night I will see you there..look forward to finally meeting some of you!

                                Anyway, I'm still alive (just) and hanging in there!
