Hiya Tippers and Zenny, it's very surreal what is going on in Canterbury here. It is difficult to comprehend as I am now safe and sound an hour away. Unlike on Tuesday when I was there on the outer of the quake. I feel for everyone who are missing people, waiting to hear news about them. It kinda makes you think about all the little things you grizzle about that don't matter at all. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

Hiya, Zennie!
I can imagine, Zeppie. Or maybe we can't, because it's impossible to place yourself in the shoes of those directly affected by a disaster on that scale. I only need to think about the times the cubs were injured, and not even seriously.I'll do whatever it takes

Hiya Starty, thankfully all of my friends in the region are accounted for but it is such a small city I am sure someone I know will have been effected by the quake. A few smashed cars or broken houses is all friends have felt. The stream of traffic out of the city is unreal, our small town has run out of bread, milk and petrol, no dog food available until Monday is all I have been effected by. Pasta and vege for tea for everyone at my houseIt's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

I always juice my veg starty - I buy 2nds from the vege market, get massive box load of fruit and veg for about $7NZ and I juice it up and then mix the juice and pulp back together and mix it with their meat, although most of them will scoff the vege straightIt's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.
