          Thanks for a nice welcome. Day two and I drank again. Two beers. Have stopped myself from any more. This is a start for a failed day I think. Looking at the positive in the negative. Maybe I should write a song!

            Exercising self control is a good thing! Do you have a plan for your AF time? Not sure - think it's in the toolbox, but there are plan samples.

              Only plan is to stop doing it. Try to eat well, take milk thistle, and try exercising when I'm craving. I used to run cross country so I'd like to think I could rediscover that.

                I think running has helped a lot of people. And, L-Glutamine helps with cravings. Lots of info here about other supplements that help too.
