I climbed two mountains, next to each other. Beinn Narnain (3038 ft), a Munro that I can tick off my list, and it's neighbour A' Chrois (2782 ft). The weather was beautiful apart from a couple of squals near the tops, which were freezing, but the views were wonderful. Coming down was a bit hairy as I chose a route with many big rocks and not a little snow to contend with, but I'm getting good at this.
A few pics...
On the way up...
At the top.
There was nobody to take my photo, so my stick, once again steals the limelight.
..and halfway down, this just made my day.
I'm taking a guy from work up Ben Lomond tomorrow. I've been up it four times but he's never tried it, so I'll make it as nice for him as I can.
Much, much better than my weekends used to be....
