Tawny, every now and then a whinge and a bit of self-indulgence doesn't hurt too much! Am sure Missy and Bridge are in need of an early night anyway!!! :H

You may not know what to do in an earthquake, but I wouldn't have a cleu what to do in a bush fire!

Anyway, we now have our night plan (if we are at home) and our day plan (if we are at work) sorted. And a bunch of stuff that normally is in different places around the house to be put into a single big plastic portable container (torch, batteries, toilet paper, plastic bags, buckets, spare pairs of glasses, a few essential tools, waterproofs, stretchies, lists of local Civil Defence HQs, first aid kit, hand sanitiser, wet ones, sewing kit)

Tomorrow we will fill up our water containers, go and buy some canned food and a camp stove, write down a list of passport numbers, insurance policies, bank accounts, other essential numbers etc etc etc.

Then it will all get stored under a table in the garage under a fairly solid bench, along with tent, camping gear, picnic basket and our walking /gym shoes.)

Thats enough for tonight!!
