it's only 2 slices of pork belly ficks marinated but man, do i love crackle.
conversely, the fat makes me gag.
i've had some wonderous pork at good restaurants that always inspires me to try at home but never same result

I'd reckon at a rough guess you'd want an oven on about 180, and shoot for appx 1 hour? But i'm not sure Beag's. Check it as you cook.
