right, pork belly is off the menu as it takes TOO FECKIN LONG to cook.....

I know it sounds mad at first and I reacted the same way.

This is one of our house's funniest but most loved cooking host's - his pronunciation is beloved around the world for his crazy sounding but perservering communication, appreciated because of his genuine desire to share his art and food because he can demystify japanese cooking and show it's both something serious and yet something hilarious.

He is Japanese (the accent) and too shy to appear... thus the 'cooking with DOG' title and the nice lady who does all the cooking. She may appear to be asleep to us but in actual fact she is calm and happy. DOG is the narrator.

but jeez it was funny!

had a nice hot shower & my panadol + milk, watched a speccy dusk rainstorm (not enough moisture tho to be worth it) & now contemplating a movie...
& a packet tom yum goong soup + prawns for dinner.....

not that hungry though....
