    Didnt fall far off the perch over the weekend. Just enough to scare myself shitless that I might be going back. But I worked out I like the sugar more than I like a headache. Mmmm need to re-strategise
    Happy are you saying that when you dont have sugar, you get a withdrawal headache, hence the urge to drink?

          G'day Happy. Yep, i reckon all the sugar in alcohol, when we stop, contributes to our al (sugar?) craving's. Hang in there. There have been some 'sugar' info/discussion threads around here. Maybe check the holistic healing past thread's, or past general discussion threads on sugar if you're interested.
