Morning all

Cooking duck this morning. Never done it before and not sure if I'll do it again as it looks, well, ducklike even dead. Going to roast it then use the meat in a red curry with lychees and pineapple for dinner. Keep thinking how good it will taste so I dont keep thinking about what it looks like. Noone except me and the 4 legged animals up so bliss. Mardi Gras very cool, makes me miss Soodyney...like an extroverted girlfriend you catch up with every so often, wears you out then pisses off and you dont hear from her for another year, fun but not every day. Back to turn Daisy dont want bits to burn.

Phew! Essay on "Dealing with Conflict in the Workplace" completed and just about to be uploaded.

Now for the next bit.

Just got to say, it's a gorgeous Sunday morning here. It has been a damp weekend although it's not raining at the moment. The doors are open and there are lovely breezes coming through the house, along with lovely smells. Son says the grass smell reminds him of England.

Back from my Clean Up Australia Day gig - very pleasant few hours with twelve nice people.
