Beags, last trip to Melbourne was to see Carlton vs Collingwood. Lost so not pretty. Corporate box and all its splendour, so again not so pretty....everything laid on....

yep, strange that hubby seems to want to see Carlton get crushed by Collingwood but i think he's more into the atmosphere, & it's big traditional bitter big game clash that he's never been to. i've given him some choices over which game he'd like, so will let everyone know when date is final.
yay that you're home Ragsy i'm coming to Melb in a few months so we're trying to organise a bit of a meet up in Carlton where we'll be staying....you wanna come?

Oops, sorry, here I am having a whinge to a new MW O'er.

I'll write little snippets about the holiday over the next week as I sort piccies and stuff. Am a bit jet lagged to-day , so just taking it easy and catching up with the last 3 weeks of MWO, and I'll download piccies this arvo and start sorting 'em.


Mr Rags said we will get a little computer in a few months and we can then get set up with wireless innernet when we go on holiday. It would have been a lifesaver to have had a portable computer with internet while I was away.

I always play nice.

Hi Beags,
Re meeting in Carlton.
Yep, count me in. Keep me posted so I can organise in plenty of time. Will it be in NSW school holidays? I'm starting volunteer work at a local school, and need to be there regularly. Have already stuffed them around a bit by going on this US/Canada trip. (Haven't told them I'll be away 12 days in May as well. )
