Just had meditation and teacher gave me a couple of fresh chook eggs so about to poach and serve with vegemite toasties....yum! then busy day and girls night out tonight. Hope all are well?

Beags thought about pork belly, have you ever looked at Poh's Kitchen on ABC? She did a fantastic looking PB kinda asian style worth looking at. Probably need to think about food less already googling restaruant menu for tonight. Mmmmm

Hi all,
I am all good today, thanks for your kind words. I got an email from my Sister-in-law and it looks like my Brother is on the mend. Tawny he lives in Bulgaria so there is no way of seeing him, but I must admit I feel alot better today knowing that he is going to be OK. Now id better get back to work before the bose comes back
