Sorry to hear of your friend Bridge. Is she the same friend who stayed with you recently? I think i recall you saying you had a chat or two with her re her al abuse? No guilt mam. You would not have been enabling, or contributing to her drinking since i've known you i'm sure. I know any conversations you've had with her in the last couple of years at least, would have been constructive one's, pointing toward's action, option's and solution's for her drinking/thinking, non? That's really tough getting a bloody suicide note via email to wake up to. She's obviously been struggling too.

Best wishes to your friend, and i'm thinking of you beautiful woman. Take care of yourself, get some distraction's in place, (a DVD, book, ring a friend, read the toolbox here).

So far we only know that she is still alive and breathing. As to long term damage, that remains to be seen.

You know.....but for the grace of God...and all that.

I can't remember the last time I was this tired...in all senses.
I'm going to turn in (and quite frankly....so that I don't hatch a plan to drink as well....just saying)
