Good morning, Sunny....were you blessed with any snow? Here are 2 pictures of our snow.....you can't really see the snow coming down in these pics....but it was still coming down hard when I left. Not a big deal on the roads though.

RC buddy!! SO good to see you. Had to laugh about the 'nekkid' image. I'd rather shower IN my clothes! (don't forget, sweetie, I stood there chatting away, without realizing you were only wearing a towel!! ROFL!!!) It is ironic that it's warmer now outside and your fridge goes out, tho.
Rog, sounds like your getting back to your usual sunny self. The trials of yesterday shall pass.
I woke to the sounds of giant woodpeckers on my roof. The roofers are here. Dogs juuuussst begin to get used to it and they drop something else up there, and WHAM! the carcophany of barks start again. TMB is confined to the small area near the shed, and VERY unhappy, so I'm going out to get her (not that she'll be any happier with the noise in here.) Oh well. This roof was put on in 1980 and it's been a good one. Price has gone up a bit though.
I want to say again how much I appreciate all your tolerance of my constant posts and pictures. I may start a post, have to leave, come back to it over an hour's time. You all give me a venue to talk about my day, and I understand perfectly if you don't have time to read them all. They're not earth-shattering, after all. Just knowing you're there is a great comfort to me, and through you, I've actually reached out of my little section of the the world and reconnected with old friends in person.

Good morning, family! Sunny skies today! TG all that rain is gone! Roger, are you getting lots of rain? You sound so tired. When will you be through with that job? Sunni Bunni, you looked adorable and I loved the purple jacket!!! I saw your post run past me earlier while I was having coffee. It was pretty blurry though. :H Grateful, yeah, it is nice to see Ruby's pics and I wish you would post a pic of you and Addison now that you know how and all! I loved your snow pics, but I know you are sick of the snow so I'm sending you lots of sunshine and blooming flowers today! RC, so good you posted and we know a little more how you are doing. I hope the financial counselor meeting goes good. I'm so sorry your fridge broke! Bird, where does your mom live? What all have you got planted? I'm so jealous! I can't wait to get my garden planted! MB, I agree with Ruby, you work too hard and we miss you! Will it always be that stressful? I hope you are atleast making good money! Does your hubby like his job any better now? Trucker, how are things going for you? Did you lose my phone #? Ruby, why is it that you keep losing weight? Are you eating 3 x a day? Have you had your blood glucose checked lately? You better be taking good care of yourself! Paul had to go to work this morning. We figured it out last night. When he drives to where all his customers are (2+ hours away), he makes $60. per job, which would be okay if he had more than one a week. A moment of panic - TMB went out the storm door, thank goodness the roofers have a lift truck! :H They were laughing as I ordered her back in the house, where she went meekly, but of course they were 7 feet off the ground! We've had a discussion with their boss about how to deal with things here, not to run or hit at her and she'll stand her ground till I can get her, and they're great guys. I asked them a few minutes ago if I could make them lunch, bring them drinks, and one piped up and said 'The boss is taking us to Red Lobster for lunch!' :H THAT didn't happen, but there's a great BBQ place a few mins from here, and I pointed them there. The noise, the strangers, the unknown vehicles, have all my babies in a tizzy. Of course, like me, they're all a bit pixelated. (amusingly whimsical, prankish, silly, or the like)

Still dealing with the roofers, but they're great. Was reading back through today's news, and it bothers me how much priority the celebrities get (Who cares if prince William wears a ring, or where his new bride's comes from??). Yes, John Edwards got caught with with his pants down, and lieing, as well as those who worked for him. This is NOT our daily life. It's an entitled life, and though I understand this is a big issue for each of them, it certainly brings out what is important each day to dif people. Just PM'd a new poster who has been suffering with no money for food, and now having stomach issues. I'm just sorry, I don't give a FF about royalty, celebrity, social crap. I'm having a mimi moment. I know the small things my family has done to help others, and to watch those antics just BURNS me!
Now, California has additional radiation in their milk. Debris (read: possible bodies) may wash up on their shores. South Carolina has registered higher radiation. The seawater the Japanese are using is radioactive, and washing through their still flooded cities. So why does the press give so much importance to those people, who don't even care about the rest of the world, unless they get press for their contributions.
I have no respect for the people who fly over the rest of the world, and think they can give the answers to everyone down here struggling each day. After reading about people I care about, trying to get through THIS day, it really burns me up!! :soapbox: over. Guess I need to stop reading the dang news!
OK, 10 secs of breathing. I'm sorry for my rant. I just know how hard some of you struggle, and while entertainment is good, it doesn't help our real problems. I guess I've gotten on one of my tears, but you, my family, will understand and forgive my eccentricities!
