Hey, my dear, sweet family. I'm dragging around today for some reason. It is so beautiful outside and I need to be working in my flowerbeds, but just don't feel like it. I've been feeling so tired the last couple of days, don't know why. My doctor really fussed at me the other day for not taking good care of myself. He insists that I walk 45 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY. He says most diabetics die because their veins close up and apparently, if you walk 45 minutes straight, it will keep them from closing up, so I have been trying to do it, but I can't walk more than 25 minutes before my legs start throbbing! Then he wants me to check my BG every hour all day long! It's like I have no time left over if I do everything he tells me to do! Okay, enough complaining...
Ruby, you look absolutely beautiful and not a day over 39! I totally agree with Grateful "How does your BIG heart fit into your tiny body?" And even more important, you are so beautiful on the inside and we all love you so much! Grateful, I am so sorry you have been sick. I wish I were there to make you some soup and take care of you. I hope you can get some rest this weekend. Roger, I'm so glad you've got alot of work coming in! (answered prayer) Please be careful with all that lifting. We don't want you to hurt yourself. How does Anthony feel he did on his test? Sunni, your excitement over spring makes me laugh! I did get what you mailed to me. Thank you. Please let us know the results of your tests when you get them. I am praying for you. Tony, your pic looks like how I feel today...so lazy! I am so glad you got your first check and your wife is almost up and around. Nora, I am praying for your Mother, sweetheart. Please let us know how she is doing. Hill, so glad you enjoyed ice fishing with your kids and hope you have a wonderful vacation. Fennel, I hope you are feeling better. RC, I hope everything is working out for you. Sun, I wish you had a week off to just enjoy your yard. Hey, that goes for me too. It's HOT outside today! Was telling someone yest at Memorial I have rentals, and he SO sweetly said 'then you have a full time job, love.' A man actually GOT it! Course, he hugged me a lot too! Have to say, I'm not used to compliments, and all the ones I got from people I've known a lifetime was SO nice.
Grateful, TY. You are one of the most beautiful, big hearted people I've ever known, so a compliment from you is special. Hoope you and the beautiful Addie have a great time. While it's hard on you sometimes, you have NO idea right now what a gift you are giving her, and how precious YOU are to her. I miss mine as babies SO much.
MB, that was so sweet of you to work for her. I'll bet she raves to people about her 'great new boss.' It's so important to a happy work place, and you're giving her a gift too. Get some rest later, and enjoy your Sunday. How's your handsome dad? Tell him I think is a 'hottie'!! :H
Tony, I wonder which of you are happier about the progress of wife's leg?? I didn't tell you at the beginning of this ordeal, when you were optimistic about a quick recovery, how LONG it might take, because I didn't want to depress you. I had lots of complications, and it took 6 months to be able to walk, and 18 to start feeling normal. Glad she's doing SO great!!
Hill, as a GRITS (Girl Raised In The South) I wouldn't last 1 min ice fishing. I hope your vacation is a FABULOUS one, and one day you'll bring you beautiful family for a visit here.

Nora, I'm sending you SO many (((HUGS))). You just have so much on your little shoulders right now, and I know you're torn by not being able to be there more. This is a difficult time even if you lived WITH her. I saw that yest again with my oldest, dearest, friend, and her mother, who I loved like she was mine. She talks like her parents are coming to see her soon, but my friend was AMAZED when I walked in with MIL, and she knew us, gave us her big, beautiful smile. I promised my friend to be with her through this, and we cried together. Take care of yourself, you are precious.
Panno, Biz, Swan, all those I've missed, hope to hear from you soon.
Now I'll tell you a funny on myself. I'm ALWAYS waiting to the last minute, so yest I was up early, hair and makeup done, clothes, shoes jewelrey out, but waited till time to leave to put on my black suit (dog hair, you know) I put the pants on, and they were WAY long, to big in the waist. Finally put on jacket; sleeves covered my hands and you could see to my navel. Dim witted me, it took me a few seconds to realize I had on HUBS suit. So, mad, last minute dash to find mine!! I just shook my head at myself! :H

Yep, Ruby, I can so relate. Bill, it's amazing how much worse 15 years make you look! I worked forever trying to make these pics smaller! I got so frustrated, I gave up! Okay, I actually went outside and walked around the whole yard and house looking at what all was popping up and making an endless lists in my mind of what all needs doing in all my flowerbeds! Barely made it back in before I passed out. I am so incredibly weak. I don't know why. Maybe those 3 days of walking? I don't know, but I do feel better after my stroll. This has been the l o n g e s t day! Boiled a chicken and deboned it for the dog. Her diet is so bad. I figure it would be healthier for me to give her boiled chicken with a little rice (that she loves) than those dog treats that are so salty. I called you, Grateful and your youngest son was so polite and sweet, but you never called me back. You must be busy with the baby. Well, maybe the day will be over soon and I'll stop posting. I am home and tired!!!
Worked my butt off today...never ate, but rented three apts. My property has the best numbers it has had in over a year and everyone keeps emailing and congratulating us. But man oh man, it has been alot of work. I came home ready to flop, but Hubs had made dinner reservations and I couldn't say no.
I am off tommorrow...yeah!!! lots of housework to do but that's ok.
Dad is doing well...thanks for asking.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PICS, RUBY! Roger, you amaze me how hard and how fast you work! I am so thankful you have work coming in. I'm praying it keeps on coming! MB, I know everyone is so happy to have you there! I hope they all appreciate you so much that you get a big FAT raise for all your hard work! I hope you can recover in just one day. No, I didn't faint, I just barely made it back inside because I was so tired! It was a matter of speech. I just talked to our poor little Grateful and she sounds horrible.
