Hey all...just checking in before I crash. I went to hot yoga earlier and I am wasted now. I think it will become my Wednesday routine!

Hey bandit...
It's yoga in 42C heat which is like 110f. Class is an hour and a half and involves 26 yoga poses. The idea is that the heat loosens the muscles more so u get a much better stretch.

That sounds painful Cassia..although I could welcome the heat:H
26 stretches sounds like a lot of stretching to someone who is not very stretchy. Kidding aside I would actually like to try yoga..I think it might be good for me..problem is any class I think of going to locally always involves a neighbour/parent who I want to avoid so I may have to travel further, stretch farther even!
I am off to bed soon - had a long but action packed last 3 days and am def fit for my leaba..watching Life as we know it or something which I think has yer women from 27 dresses/knocked up, Kathryn Heigel or something..her and a guy taking care of a relatives baby or something, meant to be funny..chewing gum for the eyes and the ears as I call it
Hope all have a good night and see you on the morrow:h
