    My dog refuses to go out in the rain..... I literally have to drag her to some nice grass in the nearby woods to do her business then straight back home!

          I love the house clean and tidy but not motivated to do the work. So just as well Mr A likes cleaning.
          Right off to get ready for the run. shorts and tee shirt as it is above freezing today

                Time to get my arse in gear before the town centre gets too busy. I want to stop off at the Indian shop to buy some basmati and incense. And cone henna for the girl cub's tattoos.

                  Good morning, Mrs A, Starts, Tigger, Chilli & Expat...

                  no running for me..just gonna take pooches & Ollie out for a picnic on the beach, got a small bay where we can take them as dogs aren't allowed on th public beaches where the bathers are...
                  makes sense really..
