Sounds like everyone is having a good day today, apart from EW with his freezer.

Well I was tapering down and then I tapered up again and I'm almost back to where I started Starty. Was told it would be dangerous to try to stop suddenly. I will take my orders from JC and see how that goes. A fresh start from today.

Stirls I got that make up remover you recommended. Will not be using the big white make up remover at the top of the bed tonight.

Jackie, it's the best I've used ever. Removes the mascara in a flash and no irritation whatsoever.

Starts dear, they are to die for. I'm not blowing my own horn here, but I have learned to make them like a Greek and have had many, many compliments on my cooking.

Wreckloose: what helped me enormously was to post my daily plan on a thread I had running. That way, I made myself accountable to the folks on here. They encouraged me and also gave practical tips along the way. It made a world of difference.

That's an idea tips. I think I will stick to pen and paper for now though and see how that goes. Too much of today's thread has already been taken up by my drinking problems, though there's an amazing amount of support and encouragement on offer here - all much appreciated.
