      Hiya Startypants
Lovely morning for a walk around the lake(s)
I am off for a 10 mile run with the lads at 10. Sorry to be so predictable.

Nooo, I am absolutely in awe of you...
How many times a week do you run and are they always long ones?

          Good morning Mrs. A & Starty-Farty

Mrs. A, my neighbour is also a runner. So at least if you ever come to visit, I'll have someone who can accompany you - otherwise you would have been on your own.

          Your walk sounds idyllic, Starty.

I have to go and collect the cub's contacts at the optometrist. Not much else that I HAVE to do today, so I'll still see what's in store for the day. Nothing too outdoorsy - it's just after 9.00 a.m. and already stinking hot.

I can answer taht: 9 days a week. The morning runs are long ones. The afternoon runs are just 15 mile warmups.

I could say the same to you with that long AF date.:goodjob:

I am doing the longer runs in prep for the Marathon 26.2 miles next month.

The others hate the longer runs but as for me I mostly enjoy it these days as I keep reminding myself of how far I have come and how lucky I am to be able to do this.

                      Oh yes, of course...
I trained for a half marathon once. Got up to nine miles and knees were absolutely shot.....
I dont think I am really cut out for running.

Morning Anon, Starts, Tips and all those to come, Anon-a marathon!! That is impressive! Not too sure I'll ever get there, Coach:H! Today I'm going out for a brisk walk in Versailles with my son and pug dog. Should be sunny but a bit chilly--so nice walking weather.
