I did rest my sober head on the pillow last night and I am about to do the same tonight

I had a fantastic run this morning and I know that would not have happened if I would have given in to the AL Beast.

6 Week AL Detox again

Day 5 AF

Although my sleep was restless I woke up regret free. had a great swim this morning with a training friend.

Now the endurance event - TACKLE huge amounts of laundry this afternoon, feed kids, vacuum the house, get supper ready, play a quick game maybe and read a book to the kids THEN go to work tonight.

Well that should keep me busy and away from the AL Beast for another day....

just made a coffee cause I may need some help from my Java Friend. :H
