How lovely to have some sun!!!
Yesterday I dug our family out of 30cm of snow!!! Muscles are hurting...but great exercise.
I am hoping now that spring (in the Northern hemisphere) is coming we will all feel a little better and stronger, and more energetic, I know I do!!

Its nice to see someone in such great form. Happy Tuesday to you too. Spring has already arrived in Ireland and you are right. It does put you in good form.

I am a sobriety tart. AA/Smart/RR philosophy, meds/diet/exercise/prayer,rabbbits feet/four leaf clovers/horseshoes. Yes please.I will have them all thank you very much.Bring them on

There is no way the bottle is going to be stronger than I am.
