Good morning guys!

Had to PEEL myself out of bed this morn, have a sore beside my mouth (no, I was not licking out toilets in some bizarre fetish moment) and I feel a bit wank...tired, listless and well wanky, so I reckon I am run down, so time for the good food and the crap to be left behind..I have a book that will show me exactly how to do that..thanks ktab xx

Proddie here, too JC but I can remember lots of people saying they were giving up something for Lent. Maybe to help them have a little bit more incentive for something they were going to stop eating or doing.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling top dollar, Oney. If that's a cold sore you've got, it's a sign of being run down so good idea on the healthy food and maybe some extra vitamins as well.

Took a few pictures on my walk earlier. It looks like we got about an inch of snow. Funny enough, even for that small amount, all the schools in the area are closed. We used to walk half a mile to school in temps way below zero and two feet of snow.

The snow here looks like little balls of cotton...



These are my favourite wild flowers. Probably has to do with the colour.



I love the knarled branches of this fig tree. I expect from the size of it that it's quite old.



And last these little yellow flowers with their snowy caps...



Good thing I got out when I did because the sun's out and it's quite windy and I don't think the snow will be around for long. It's already melted off our garden.
