Hiya Mrs. A
Surprisingly well, Your-not-so-Royal-Highness. He thought he'd have to do a root canal and knowing how squeamish I am, injected me properly. Turned out he only needed to redo the filling and give me a course of antibiotics for a slight infection.
When I had to do the breathalyser test at the office (a random bleep sounds as we go through the turnstiles), I couldn't blow into the fecking thing properly. Had to do it three times :H:H:H
It felt great to be able to laugh at the situation instead of feeling my stomach churning! Yay for sobriety!I'll do whatever it takes

Back in a bit - have to go and drop youngest cub in town. She's going on an outing to the "Woordfees" (the Word Festival) - a week-long annual festrival to celebrate the Afrikaans language and specifically Afrikaans drama and literature.I'll do whatever it takes

Afternoon all, :hallo:
Hope everyone had their fill of coffee and all the dental problems have been sorted or will be sorted soon.
Glad the humanist funeral went well starty. You can put me down for one of them too. Gave up on religion 35 years ago. I'd like to go off to the strains of Bob Dylan's "It's all over now Baby Blue".
Good to see you all managed to sort out Jackie's outfit for the fishing trip. Don't think many fish will get caught tho', not with all that nattering going on.
Yep stirly - I thought I had a good grasp of the English language, but I keep learning new phrases here every day (though I don't think many of them will be found in the Oxford English Dictionary).
Yep, it's bloody windy out there JC. No walk for me today.:upset:

As for the words and phrases - go check out the Undie posts sometime. I have to google a word for every other post I read. They's all :nutso: and they have an amazing sense of humour, once you've figured out what they're saying....:H
Darnit - just remembered I didn't walk my pooch before lunch. Gotta go before he does...For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.
