They are hormone based anti inflammatories basically.
They do have lots of uses, and long term they can also reduce your adrenals natural production of cortisol. But dont worry for a few days use.
Used properly, they are an amazing drug and have saved my life a few times

Hey starts,

I was there my old boss who is a dear friend and she was absolutely hammered! I tried to get her to leave with me cuz I don't want her to make a fool of herself but she was having none of it. So I just left. I feel bad though cuz one of the girls she brought along has never been to anything like this before and it cant be daunting. Poor lass told me how pleased she was that I was there to keep her company. Bless...I don't get that often.

Zenny that sounds horrible babe! I was on steroids a while ago, proper buzz! Was on a mega high dose though and put shedloads of weight on. Cried cos I couldnt stop eating! LOL! Lost it all now though ( 60 pounds or so) yay

Had a lovely afternoon with my friend's 2 year old twins (boy and girl) and their older brother (He's 7) - When she and her hubby got back, I bought them all fish and chips as she's a great cook and has made me some lush food - I cant cook for shit really so it's the only way of payback I can do

Yeah I know. It is actually getting easier though. Not drinking doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would, most of the time. I would rather have none then one anyway. Let's face it, it was never one...who I am kidding!!! :H I am meeting her for lunch tomorrow so no doubt will hear all about the rest of the night.
