    I found with my kids once they got one nose bleed they used to get one or two in quick succession afterwards, I think it weakens a vein in the nose. I did check with the doc. tho just in case. Apparently in our case it's just a (another) family weakness!!

                Good morning, not even going to attempt to read back. Well so far this morning I have put the bins out, grabbed a shower and am now munching my porridge and slugging my coffee. Hasnt gone unnoticed by what few brain cells I have left that had I of picked up that bottle last night I would almost certainly be still laying in the nest constantly hitting the snooze button.
                Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                                Would love to come to the meet up in June but I'm in London the weekend after to see Wayne Dyer so unlikely I will make it but who knows what can happen between now and then
