          Hi all Had a really nice afternoon, the AA meeting was pretty chilled out and funny as the hardcore 'We're so spiritual' types are off at a retreat this weekend. Then I met up with some friends and we went to ... a pub! Shocker I had a bitter lemon and steak yay!

          My friend has a little sausage dog, he is well lush... well except when he tried to hump my foot! Little bugger! Im back to my nice chi chi girls now lol.

          Ive used vbulletiin software for years and years on various forums (including my own) but have never used the 'new posts' feature. Sorry to all those annoyed by med threads!

            They've just pulled there funding.

            I was a voluntary child mentor until Sept last year and had to give up for while when I went on medication for depression. So I'm not directly involved any more. Just a damned shame for the kids.

              I tend to just go to the army thread from the 'our community' page so don't see the med threads.

              I have my own thoughts on them, but to be honest as long as I can find my way here I don't worry too much

                      Evening all. Anyone remember when we used to post music the odd friday night, it certainly killed a few hours and helped when I was struggling.
                      Not that I am but the forum seems to be today, thats a bit sad.
                      Anyone want to play?
