Good Morning All 5 am here and as I fell asleep at 9.30pm last night I have had enough shut eye now.

Loved all the music on the army thread last evening thank you Ktab for starting it.

No toothache, no nosebleeds and better than that NO Saturday hangover.

Off for a long run at 10 am So all back to normal in the Anon household

I too was asleep by 9.30 and feel much better for it.

Been reading some of the controversial posts on here and have come to the conclusion that some people are simply not going to benefit from an internet forum for help with their problems.

Anyway, I have 1500 words of wisdom (drivel) to get down today. Hope my head doesnt explode in the process

No, Starty: we're doing a big systems implementation this weekend (still the current job). It cannot be done during working hours, because it will be disruptive to normal business activities.

Morning guys, bed @ 12.30 up at 6.30, is that enough sleep? Generally get about 7 hours. Didnt go home this weekend and it is bucketing rain this morning and very cold, snow forecast but I doubt it.
