Well, it depends on the theorist that you are referring to, but anything over about 35 id say, I am using myself as a few examples (47) up until old age really

I went to a Jungian therapist at the ripe old age of 39, then :H

The reason: I was a depressed dog and recovering alkie who had stopped emotionally maturing at age 18 (if not earlier).

The therapist said we had to pull me apart bit by bit and then we would put me back together again and paint a kind of canvas representing me. There you go. Humty Dumpty was actually OK in the end.

Starts glad the assignment is going well, you got plenty examples around here.
Tips - did you stick with that therapy? And did you feel it worked?

I was going to go to yoga this morning but I have been lazy and not got up in time so a long ramble with the dog beckons instead.
