Any way we managed to capture the lovely Sheri last night, I'm afraid she's somewhat dented but I hope she pops in today.

Morning everyone, a little sheepish today but it is a new day and a new start. I am seeing my best friend later - She wants us to get our tarot cards read haha! Not sure how I feel about that but I'll go for the laugh. Plus it stops me sitting here all maudlin and full of regret over 2 days of drinking after being sober over a week.

New day Kitty, maybe time to get a new plan in place too. Great to see you back in the army and ready to get back on the saddle again. Have you any plans about how to do something different this time? The toolbox is full of good ideas.

Thanks oney, I dont know - The rot set in on Saturday when my ex started with his crap. I was doing fine but I cant seem to deal with conflict very well and just want to get pissed and hide when it happens. Keeping busy these next few days will be important and i have plans up to Friday now at least.

I am not blaming my ex for my drinking binge by any means. My self hatred and inability to deal with things caused that.
