Morning tarts! I cant name everyone as always scared I'll miss someone - Hooray for having good coffee and not being hungover this morning! (Could have killed for coffee yesterday!) - As I posted late last night, my father is 80 today so I have to go round there and be a dutiful daughter later! He did ask , 'Are you bringing wine or you still off on your wotsit?' Yes Dad, I am off on my wotsit lol so no wine.

However, Im going to take CAKE! Mmm carrot cake? Can count as one of my 5 a day?

Yeah, think dad thinks I only needed to go to AA or whatever for a few weeks and then I could drink normally again. What a nice thought but er lol.

Can I ask a stupid question ? Where is this 'Toolbox' I have heard mentioned. I need all the resources I can for when I get to that stupid stumbling block I have around the 10=14 days period - Im going to prepare this time so Im not like, 'Oh look, Im pissed and I have no idea how it happened' again!

Just back from the dentist Mr Grumpy thinks I am probably having an affair with the him:H
Hopefully Mrs A's crown is going to be ok final fitting next wednesday and then I will not be half a crown.

Also had to see my GP re the nosebleeds and he did all the bloodwork and my Liver functon (GTTR ) is 7 which is very low Brilliant. My hb is 15 very high GOOD.
I even got a print out.
