    Keeping busy?

    Eating enough?

Done some exercise? Even dogging will suffice...

And lots of hanging around the barracks, of course!
I haven't really been able to get into any of the supplements as I literally don't have the money to buy them at the moment.

I am eating better and trying to get out with the hound couple of times a day - I find night-times the worst as I lay awake panicking about money/the house/a job, etc

    How was the Gatsby?

Tips,, thanks, but I'll pass on the choccie. I am like a feind with it - like true addict behavior.

EW, have you thought of some energy work for fear? There are free telecasts/ webcasts all the time featuring people in the arena of consciousness awakening, energy shifiting, etc and often feature some energy work.

I haven't really Greenie - will look into it. I don't mean to knock anything but sometimes I find the webcasts tough to get into depending on how 'intense' the speaker is.

The Gatsby was excellent - you'll be glad to know that it didn't break the bank either - ZAR25.00 - that's 2.20 Pounds (how do you do the pound symbol on a keyboard? )

Have you thought of doing some volunteering in the meantime, maybe? Something that would interest you and help fill the days?

I agree. Carline Myss activated my fear zone last night. I've heard of her for ages, but never heard her speak. Check out Jo Dunning. Free Events - Jo Dunning This takes you to her free events page. Put yourself on the prayer list and look at the abundance project.

              Thanks Greenie - will do!

Tips - I have looked into some volunteering - hoping to take the dogger around to meet with sick people etc and cheer them up - he needs to be evaluated first however to make sure he doesn't show me up

Glad the Gatsby was good! On my keyboard it is just shift and 3, but then it is a UK keyboard! Usually you can add languages to your task bar and flip between them to do foreign characters.

Have they told you when dogger can be evaluated? There are some great stories about animal therapy and the like.

One of my best friends in High School spent his formative years growing up in Malawi, so I usually understand just fine

I saw a great comedy routine once though about how S Africans sound like a record being wound backwards at differing speeds though!

EW, Jo Dunning spoke on World Punja Network last night and you can catch the replay today. It was very comforting and uplifiting.
