        Afternoon Army - EW come and live with my hubs it's like painting the Forth bridge in this house - never friggin ends doin things He's cutting down trees again and a machine has just arrived from Harryhire - no idea what its for, I'm hiding in here with me lappie You'd never be bored anyhows - too frigging exhausted!!

                All good Mr Mario, glad Paddy's day is over to be honest, I hate it on all levels - not the least having a teenager who seems to be expected to get hammered???! All the people down in the pub yesterday after. were sort of 'nudge nudge wink wink' 'oh sure he's 16 I s'pose he'll get plastered' sort of conversations. I just said ' no he's actually working all day in Mc donalds' - they nearly looked disappointed!

                  I love the canal - such a peaceful part of the city and nice and flat for the bike! 31kms is a fair oul distance!! We cycled round Brittany once, best hol I ever had!

                        Ah it was grand. Hubs went to parade and then to the pub and I met him for a soda and lime and a lift home! Some friends that dumped me when I gave up the drink were there tho and it was a bit strange - I'm not a great chatter when sober, a bit shy, and in the old days I used to be the 'life and soul' etc. making a plank of meself probably. So like before they sort of sat back yesterday waiting for me to take the floor ---I took it alright - home!! Lovely dinner and feet up at tele - so, not such a bad day!! Oh apparently I'm called to hold a tree----back when I can escape

                            Well, I do walk quite a bit. As I don't drive! Just started raining but I've got to go out and pick up my son from school. The dog hates rain but he's coming too:H.

                                I have to hang my head in shame and admit that I often drive to the shops - 500m away (give or take). :new:

                                I do go dogging. Does that help?
