Hi Panda!! I need to read back too! I AM PLANNING A HOLIDAY!!! I'm getting disgustingly excited about it because it's been ages since I've done such a thing--but now it really seems possible. OK-I know I sound pitiful but it really has been ages. Wish me luck.

        Yoooo hoo Reccy,

I'm eating me first piece of fruit and going for another apple. 2 drinks down the gurgler okey dokey.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Hiya expatty - Where're you going for your hols? Been ages here too, as in decades. Good luck with your plans.

Evening Jackie. Good job with the fruit. Haven't got anything in the house to pour down the sink as I drank it all last night. Not safe to drive either, so this could be my first AF night since 2009. Missed all the rugby and the footy. I bet Mr JC wishes he had too.

Oh crap! I went into the kitchen and there's a pot of pepper on the floor and ground black pepper absolutely everywhere. And a paring knife too. And Holly (my nearly 17 year old cat) is looking very confused and wobbling and struggling to stay on her feet. Don't know what happened, but I'm afraid her time may have come.

                Aww Reccy,
It may be her time but all I can say is just to put a blanket round her and cuddle her. She's probably had a bit of a shock.

Well, Holly is settled down in the corner now with her head shaking gently and leaning over to one side. My guess is she's either banged her head badly or had a stroke. Will see what she's like in the morning. She has cost me absolutely thousands and thousands in self-inflicted injuries in the past and I simply cannot afford to pay for any more surgery now that I'm no longer working.

:lRecluse. Hope you and the kitty will be ok. I agree with JC--just make her as snug as possible and feel safe. I'm going to bed too-see you all in the morning:l.

Holly is asleep Betty, and I think that's the best thing for her. She can't really stand as she falls over sideways. I have been gradually mentally preparing myself for something like this for a while as she is a complete danger to herself and everything she comes into contact with. I'm surprised she has lasted this long TBH.

How's things at your end? Have you had any more viewings?
