    Patio waiting to be finished, but first I have to have my coffee and sammich.

                    A recent pm from Tippers prompted me to pop in and check how everyone is doing :-)

                    Sorry for being absent for such a long period of time. I broke my resolve to pop in once in a while to keep up with all of you. But life happened :-)
