    Who wants to join me in a AF weekend?

    Planning on having an af weekend and wondering who would want to join me.
    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

      I am planning on having my FIRST AF weekend in......well like forever. I started last week and did good until the weekend.

      So yep.....I'm in

              Picnic by the river if the weathers nice. Picnic in the lounge if it's not! Plus try and get sneaky views and updates on the Wales v England football (soccer) score!

                Picnic indoors or out sounds good.

                I recently became a volunteer at a local theatre. It was built in 1926 - very glitzy glammy and all restored! I'm working my first event Saturday night. Buddy Guy!! I'm really excited. LOOOOVE the blues. I hope I get to be an usher in the upper balcony.

                  I'm in! Today I'm actually beginning my first AF vacation. We leave on Monday for a week at Disney.
                  My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                      10 days AL free for me so Im in. Im planning a picnic at the park with my kids, kicking the footy around. Sounds good to me

                        I'm in for my 2nd AL free weekend. Today is day 8 for me and I am very excited (but a little nervous about the weekend). I have plans for tonight, tomorrow and Sunday and Sunday night is my SMART Recovery meeting. I will definately be reading on here tomorrow night (Saturday) to keep my mind on the right track.

                              Good to see everyone IN!!

                              I love having a plan so here goes:

                              Tonight: Early tanning and shower and then a movie at home.

                              Saturday: AA, Curves for a workout, probably coffee after. I plan some cooking for the week ahead in the afternoon. Then work at the theatre for Buddy Guy concert tomorrow night (yeah!).

                              Sunday: AA, breakfast after with friends, some sort of workout at home. (maybe Belly, butt and thighs :H). Do something with Mr. Doggy in the afternoon - might go visit Dad. Low key evening with movie or book and ealry to bed.

                              I have a busy week next week so lots of R&R this weekend! And NO AL. You can take that to the bank.
