Morning everybody! Thankyou for your kind words yesterday. I had a nice AF evening out and came home to a 'feel sorry for me' email from the person who has caused me pain off and on for the last 2 YEARS!!!

I actually first read it and did feel sorry but then after not sleeping very well I sent a bit of a feck off and that I need peace in my life due to my drinking problem. I have also blocked the email. If he calls or texts then I will need to sort something out there as well. Enough is enough and I cant let him drag me down anymore because he is fucked up. I am more fucked up and need to work on that.

Well I was going out for coffee with my gay friend but he is apparently suffering a huge hangover so we have cancelled, that's OK. I have a lot of admin work to do and also clean my house as the sun shining makes me want to. It's a start, usually over the years when there's been a bit of sun I usuallly want to sit in a beer garden.



Come on Wales in the footie! LOL! Hooray for Grand Prix being back too!

And to be honest, I need to keep some serenity around me this week. It would have been my mother's birthday on Monday (She died Aug 08) , mother's day is next Sunday and the following Monday is my own birthday. I have to work at this and not use any of these as an excuse to drink.

Hey Kitty I used to be the same, always associated sunshine with sitting drinking wine, now whenever i see it, I get off my bum and go for a nice walk, something I could never be bothered doing after a few drinks. Its fantastic! Makes you feel good
