Winter is really approaching: I'm sitting in my office and it's pitch black outside with all the buildings in the Cape Town CBD still lit up. I think my resolve to get up early is going to be sorely tested once the cold sets in.

I thought it was oney. I joined around summer 08. I remember it was originally called The Alcohol Free Army, but was later changed. Someone should write a book about it!
Up early yet again! 5-6 hrs sleep seems my max these days yet I function fine!!
