    Yeah I dont think i have ever been more ready. I just want to get back to Scotland, do what i need to do and get on with the rest of my life.

      Hello Troopers.

      Sorry for butting in like this. I haven't time right now to read back over the posts since we've got company again but I had to log in and ask a quick question. Does anybody know of this man??

                  Hiya oney - not exactly, I'm simply trying to put downward pressure on my consumption. Trouble is that I need a certain level of inebriation in order to fall asleep otherwise I'll be up even later.

                        Well I think this a good start...one less drink will not affect your sleep but as an ongoing thing, will defo affect your consumption on a whole...baby steps..right?
