I was very inspired reading the thread started recently about what people have done or accomplished since they stopped drinking. It helps to know there is life after spending evenings sitting and drinking.
I am joining a Zumba dancing group on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting in April. That should help.
What won't help is the fact that we are buying a "Make your own Wine" business and running it. Being a positive thinker I remind myself of people who work at bakeries who don't eat baked goods because their constant presence sickens them. Hopefully, I will fall into that category.
I am a little scared of the future.
