Morning Undies! Glorious lazy lovely day. Just catching up on the mundane, but stopped by to read up on whats happenin.

Missy I love your philosophy, I've kinda developed my own similar package and its working for me and mine and thats whats making life good now. Have popped a coupla new things in the routine starting today, borrowed a meditation cd from my teacher and put it on the ipod so that is 20 min body scan and meditation each morning. Also indulged in a massage oil for my body type, soooo I now smell like you could fry me up and I would taste like a delicious sesame crisp. Why do I relate everything back to food?

The Magic Bus ride sounds bloody marvelous TF.

Cindi, as upbeat as try so hard to always be, sometimes I REALLY need a break, from my personal life, my business life, and all the other lives I seem to have picked up. Probably because us southern belles want our legs to look good but not good enough?

I have no idea why, actually.

But I am grateful for it. It is hard enough to shave our lower legs.

I have spent the last half of this afternoon dolling myself up for a fundraising dinner. I spent half an hour on my hair and 20 mins on my makeup. I dont think it makes much difference and I absolutely cannot bear to put on the high heels that are essential to these clothes. So I have gone back to black trou, flat shoes and a nice top. Hopefully my flash makeup and hair will help me look a bit better than normal, and that enough of the Southern Belle's manners and grace will have rubbed off this arvo that I wont be a disgrace to the people I'm representing :H:H

Here's your arvo tea Undies, direct from my Indian travel diary to you.


INDIAN CHAI

3 or 4 tablespoons good leaf tea (Darjeeling Seasonal or BOP)
2 or 3 cardamon pods
Grape sized piece of fresh ginger.
1 inch piece of cinnamon quill
Some people use a couple of cloves as well.

Toss all in a pan, cover with 3 mugs boiling water and boil like hell.
Turn heat off and when bubbling stops add milk and brown sugar.
Strain and gobble.
You won't be sorry you made it from scratch.
Must be enjoyed with a pashmina and a good book in a very zen setting.
