So I just saw Charlotte Dawson on the telly and it's official, she's gone overboard on the facial work. She's starting to get 'that look' where her cheekbones look swollen and she can't close her mouth properly 'coz it's so puffed pout. Why??

Chamomile?

Its hard to stop your brain when it gets caught up on one track, like and old LP record. We do this thing in meditation class which makes you catch any thought and put it away and just be. Very herbal Ktabers but it does wind me down.

Nope did have some herbal tea with it in but it's all gone. I could try meditating and just listening to my breathing, or I could just keep yapping on, that's enough to put anyone to sleep haha.
