CW - at this stage I think we'll drive in too. I havent done the city Dawn Service in Briz just local ones so really looking forward to the big one. Fixing hose on car priority today as we are headed down the coast all day tomorrow, also really want to go to GOMA and see the Art in the 21st century exhibit before its closes on Tuesday. Off and into undies!

Raggsy - great pics! I've never washed mine.

HP - I posted the clip of "Torn" just after I received it the other morning and then went to read back. I saw CDubbya saying she was hoping to get some work with her signing skills and thought oh fusk - now she'll think I'm taking the piss and deleted it immediately. Just had another look and decided - nah, that's not offensive in any way so here it is again. Made me laugh - hope you enjoy it.

Rags those piccies are great. I wish I had the nerves to go to the show, but all those folk........I was always too scared to take the kids in case I lost em.


Some very good news this Am from my friend who had a spot of bother last month.

Tomorrow she will be 30 days AF. She isn't counting, because she knows she can never drink again. She found a great councellor, withdrew from Xanax, is taking it all one day at a time. She is thoroughly enjoying the clarity, and is getting through a time of immense personal change really well, by setting very small acheivable goals.

I could NOT be more proud.

That's my Easter present.

Weekend plans now stuffed as car hose cannot be replaced by amateur mechanic without a hoist. We are down to a little mini "nim-nim" car - the sound it makes when it drives, unable to take 5 people anywhere. So its public transport until everything opens again next week, que sera sera. Back to risotto land...
