Marvellous day here. Had a very noice longish swim at the local outdoor pool, which was very relaxing. Exchanged a smile with a beautiful woman as i was leaving. Damn! I would've hung round, but i didn't want to look like i was stalking her. Eeedgit? Probably. Oh well, i'll just have to become more of a regular at that pool.
Haventhadabit for far too long now!

From past - way past - experience, I think she would have been flattered Mr G. Suggest you become a DEFINITE regular, if nothing else swimming is fantastic for your fitness.

Thanks HP. She had a ready smile too, and i think she had checked me out a bit before i caught her eye, so was a noice little interaction that brightened me day, and warmed me little 'eart. Regular i now am. I love swimming, and prefer the sea, but i only do that through summer cause i'm a big woos when it gets cold, i.e. freezing. Missy's a swimmer too. Do you swim?

Dont mind swimming but love the beach - bodysurfing is great. When we were in Sydney beach was 10 minutes away. Bit further in Briz but when we get there its great. Might need to investigate the pool though as physio has said no more running for now :upset: back issues - and suggested the same this last week.

Me little eyes are stinging from staring at a screen (and also my hat squeezing my eyeballs)
Swimming's a good idea for exercise Mr G.
Especially now the summer crowd's cleared out.

It's a beaut all round low/no impact workout to be sure.
