    Bet you look lovely, Missy.

Whenever I wear high heels, I feel like a drag queen.

      Oh Bridge - perfect!

Part of remembering the overland travel thing was - I saw the most beautiful places that were later trashed.

Golden Temple of Amritsar - attacked in 1984
Dubrovnic - damaged by shelling in 1991
Giant Buddhas, Bamiyan Valley - dynamited by the Taliban in 2001

Chai sounds good - except I haven't got any "real" tea. Don't think teabags cut it.

TF - tea bags are fine. I have a very good Indian friend here who reckons that Dilmah tea bags are better than anything she gets in the whole of Kerala!!! :H

I'm swishing off. Back-combing is back in style (I hope). So I hope is "Twilight Nude" (Lippy colour). If not, too bad, see you sooner rather thna later if that is the case :H

Just bust open your tea bag and go for it.

You've really opened a con of worms with those photos. I'm going through my old sandalwood chest tonight. I haven't seen that stuff for 20 years.

Actually Missy, I think what you're wearing sounds elegant and comfortable. Stuff em !

Hey yous all. I just went back and found my first post here.

Is it possible that I am even less mature two years later ?

                  Err, no comment.

Reading all the crappery that's gone down on other threads today, I am eternally grateful to Missy for reminding us to

Just got home - had a very nice night catching up with a few people, and won an auction for $8 (prize: get to be called Mistress of the Universe for the next 24 hours :H:H)

And yes, drink people are boring. Just poured myself a nice cup of dilmah!!

With you TF. Staying safe in the drawer. Everytime I think it might me good to get a different point of view and venture out I realise - ITS NOT - when its like that. Glad I wasnt a newbie and floating around. I would not have come back. Pulling up coverlet and hugging self. No rights or wrongs just a big hugging of self.
