      Evening folk's,

G'day Wavester! Good to see you.

G'day Reggie. I'm just back from a very grand gig. A band before us had a double bassist, who i'd reckon had nothing on you, but it's always great to see such a lovely piece of furniture being caressed, spun, and slapped. I thought of you. Not caressing and spinning you around, but of you performing, standing proud and passionate up on that stage.

It's all too beautiful, it is.........

I'm clobbered for $100per month innernet (via satellite) and another $70pm for the phone (landline only). Is this within the "norm"? If this is too rude a question, ignore me or PM if you'd prefer. I'm looking at other options ...
          Whaaa???!!

No, no, no, no, NO. You are paying far too much Tawny.

I'm a gypsy, ex drunk, ex irresponsible vagabondo who's still repairing his credit rating, so i'm on pre-paid wireless broadband, (appx. $20/30 per mth, 2gig download, muso rates) and landline is seperate, with bugger all use at appx. $40 per month. Many city folk seem to have their mob. ph/landline, AND unlimited broadband for $50/60 per month?

Had a great night thank's Reg, and played like a demon in heaven, or something.........Speaking of which, driving home, i had the radio on a God fearing station which i am want to do at times, mainly for the cheesy, but strangely soothing sounds, and this bloke was being interviewed, who was half way through describing his 90 minute visit to the pearly gates. Yep, he said he'd been to, and seen heaven. He said many an angel were fluttering their wings around him, and a few folk he recognised at the gates, were making room for him to pass. He said the whole set up was pretty impressive, but didn't actually see god. Lot's of gold, and folk spoke in a language he'd never heard, but could understand. Yep, he knew all about it. The bloke had apparently been pronounced dead at a car accident, but a passing priest, upon an order from upstairs, stopped and prayed over him, then he came back to life.

In somewhat related news, I heard the Vic lib govt. minister for mental health and community services on the radio this morning stating her govt. were in the process of working out how to get the more acute mental health ward bed's to 85% capacity, rather than the current over 100%, so people in immediate need, could have immediate access.

            G'night folk's. Take care Reg.

              Morning all,

Stayed up later than the norm watching Tim Minchin and the Sydney Symp re run on ABC. Bit tired today but worthwhile seeing again. Off to take littlest locust to physio to check out his legs and hips (?!?) so hopefully will not incur the national debt in the process.

Take care all will check on yaz later! Quiet this morning??

Glad to see we all did some caressing and spinning last night.

Personally I bullied the boy to bed at 8.15 pm because he is being a little smart arsed shit to be frank. Nuff said....and had an early one myself to read 'The End of My Addiction' by himself Olivier Amiesen. Rather a self agrandising punter, but the info's there..

Good to see you Wavester. Keep plugging away dude.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

                    See, now that's a shame....I've always wondered....boy or girl ?

All that gold and feathers. It sounds more like gay Mardi Gras.

:H Isn't God black, female, lesbian, and Irish? Or maybe a trannie? Either way, i'm sure God is doing his/her/it's best to make sense of many of us.

Bridge, i haven't read many books on addiction, but i do have a couple, 'the tao of sobriety', 'Mindful recovery', and i reckon they'd be helpful reads, particularly in the first week's/months of coming off the metho.

Edit: P.S. I'm not recommending these 2 books as being great recovery book's, they have some useful moment's, but i mean there would be some really useful books, or inspirational writings out there on the subject. Have you been to the Spiritual river website? Some good stuff there.

                        Morning punters,

Orf to pick up a little 6'x4' trailer I had built - guess the first thing I'm going to have to learn is how to back the thing. Checked if there were any instructional Youtube clips and yep - there was this dude backing a huge caravan through an obstacle course at great speed. Unfortunately the clip was in Swedish.

Still trying to sort out the innernet/phone issues. Thanks again for all your feedback there.

I just saw telstra and optus all in plans for about $100 p/month. BJesus! I'm sure there are cheaper deals around. What about Dodo? And there's a few other companies doing cheaper deals.

                          Safe reversing. :H

Well I'll be buggered. Just picked up trailer. Took $$$ as per quote. Dude handed me back $100 and said "Nah ... that will do". Unbefuskinglievable! Who does that these days? Certainly not Comms providers.
