Morning all, clever girl Bridge. It could be your perfect solution Saph, look at the tax benefits too.

Cool and cloudy in briz - sound like the weathergirl. Jealous of your fire TF. Vertigo still sucks so not doing yoga. Thinking of taking the locusts out for lunch, got their first term reports yesterday and they werent too disgusting so a treat could be in order. So long as they dont beat each other to death before, you can tell its second week of holidays.

Morning me lovelies,

Thanks for the input......yep methinks I will take a deep breath and get a mortgage!!! And seeing as I am away for half the week, will try to get a place with an ensuite and a spare room to accomodate a housemate to help with the repayments and to take care of the place and of course Lucy when I decide to make a run for some far flung land. Anyone ever had a room-mate and if so, how did it go? Mr. G. were you not considering this at one stage? Nuff about me, how the hell is everyone else? Feel like a visitor these days as I have a lot less time to get on ere, but ya know I luv yas all xxxxxx

Hello Hp....what are the tax benefits????? And have you tried ....????????sorry cant remember the name of the med...will come to me later for the vertigo. Saph, best check with your accountant, I am currently studying my adv dip of boring and the tax rules change all the time. You can claim certain expenses though one thing to be aware of is claims that can impact on your capital gains exposure if you ever sell. sorry to sound so technical and airy fairy at the same time...tax office should also has some info sheets, I can look up and send if you like?

Yes the boys are great fun, destroying the kitchen cooking pancakes as we speak. Littlest locust has adopted an Irish accent for the day. Mmmm great fun...

Thanks HP, just remembered the name of the drug...Serc. I have had it off and on for years for vertigo. Yep send me some stuff on the tax rules if you have time in your busy day. BTW I started an accountancy degree years ago...lasted about three weeks...just too scatterbrained to keep all the info in...good onya:goodjob::l:h:upset:

I agree with Bridget and the Frog, Saph. If you find a joint you like, grab it, and rent it out? But would your new place would be out in the sticks, so you'd be unsure of rental demand? And if that were the case, you might be surprised at the demand? Anyway, get some travel in somehow. You know you've got to do that while you can.

6 x Vegemite sanger's for dinner last night, with avocado and lettuce. i know how to put on a romantic spread.

Saph just pm'd you a coupla thoughts. Will send other stuff thru soon as I lay my mitts on it. Should have picked any other course but its what i'm good at and I wanted the qual. Will go alternate next which would interest me a bloody sight more. Off to get herbs from my yogi for the vertigo, if they fail will investigate serc. xx

Yep. Have one now. She is a serious crack up and invaluable addition.
Had a cousin board with me once. Very strange man. Moved in on all of my friends, caused horrible arguments amongst a usually very peaceful group, then began dating one of them seriously. I was happy enough for them. Used to bring her round, and they'd perform the most nauseating PDA on my deck which made me want to hose it down when they left. Then 12 year old boy watching goggle eyed from the window :H I still didn't say anything.
He now refuses to speak to me due to a conspiracy theory that he has developed re: I don't approve of him dating said PDA girl.

Lesson ?
Pick the right person, prolly not a relo, and set the rules from the get go.

Thanks HP, yeah the qual will serve you well and then you can go alternate and open up a fabulous retreat and invite us all to come along and it will do well cause you know about the business side of stuff....BTW when you open up remember me, I am a fabulous remedial therapist who cant count

Bloody wake to yaself!!!! Cold turkey its the only way!!!!! Better still let it defrost, put a few flies init and ya wont wont ta eat the stuff!!! Invoice in the mail for the advice
