      Hah!

      Years ago I had a section of my 13 mm Bluewater Two tested at Sinney Uni (after I 'd had it for 8 years) and it still had almost the same static strength as new .. 2800 kg. I still have it. Not that I go caving any more.... but I'd still trust it to lower me safely into an aven............

            couldn't agree more TF.

            and there are still a huge number of issues. Dont get me started!! It used to be "we don't have toilets". Now there are much more inventive excuses :H

            OK - here is one: Women constituute a heath and safety risk in industries where there is high voltage electricity because of the wire and synthetic materials in their bras. I kid you not!!!!

              Hold rope in right hand then make a loop over your left hand near your thumb, then another over your fingers then one in the middle of your hand. Then take the loop at your fingers and pass it under the other two loops. Voila! Alpine Butterfly! (I used to be an instructor for rock activities )

                Jayzuz Reggie she'd never get it undone again using a reef knot!!! Maybe round turn and 2 half hithces or loggers hitch, or Frictionless hitch. I love frictionless hitches......
