Dog ... there's some interesting things going on in the Undies drawer. What a diverse bunch of people. Makes me throb all over.

Good telly night for me ... my Kevin at 6pm on Grand Designs Revisited followed by my Don Hany at 8.30 in the new and final series of East West 101. Doesn't get much better than that.

Hugs to selfs and your childrens.
BUGGRIT I STILL can't get the TV to work here.

Morning peeps. Have been up making hot cross buns en masse for afternoon tea. It has become a tradition at work for me to bring them in. It was fine while our workplace was small, but over the last year we have grown, and the people we sub lease from have doubled in size! Oh well, I suppose if the business ever falls apart I can have another career as a baker!

I think I have perfected this recipe having made them several times over the last couple of weeks!!!! This morning's dough is just fabulous - beautifully elastic, has risen perfectly, and that optimal balance between being not too sticky and not too dry!!! They are just ready for their last rising.

Sending virtual hot cross buns to all underoos and our international friends. Served up with :cupajoe:

An excellent morning has just got excellent-er! Mr B has just a phone call to say that he has got a job in his (very specialised) field. He is completely stoked and is dancing around the house!!! It has been a long time since I have seen him this happy and it is joyful to behold:happy::happy::happy::happy::happy::happy: (I would add more of these emoticons if I could, but I think I have reached my limit!!)

Morning all! Dog forgive me coz i have sinned....I ate a whole bag of caramel centred little eggs yesterday between the poached eggs brekkie and the lentil lunch. Consequently hypo most of the day. They were staring at me at the checkout when I got my milk. So now cant exercise yet until I catch up on what I missed doing yesterday. Vicious cycle of little eggs.

Fusk! How do I do that? Technically challenged..

It was just recent footage of Val, and for whatever the age she is she looked bloody good. Must be the diving - still in a pink wetsuit.

Congrats to Mr B! Its pretty cool when something like that happens for someone we care for.

Happy hot cross buns to all! Off to work this possum bottom off!

                          Morning All,

Glad to see your bright posts this morning, Missy.

I am not feeling so bright today as I have recently got back into my other "addiction" - reading. Once I get a good book, I just read and read and read. Unfortunately, my current book kept me up until 1.45 am! Lots to do today but a long weekend ahead.

                          xx

Morning Underchunders from a damp and foggy neck of the woods,

Missy - great stuff about Mr.B. About time for some good stuff to happen in light of all the other embuggerances.

Thought I was going to have a non-event Easter but got the call last night informing me of impending visit tomorrow. Hmmm ... you see, through circumstances, this kid came into my life when he was two. He wants to come up and introduce me to his new girlfriend. Sure, I'm flattered to still be on his radar. The kid is now 21, in third year of apprenticeship and permanently broke. New girlfriend comes with ready-made 6 month old baby.

Dear Aunties: should I be ecstatic?

yes! One thing that is sure about kids that do things earlier than is wise - they grow out of it. Relationship may not last, but knowing that you supported him in his choices will mean a lot to him.

Missy - thanks for another perspective because to be honest, at this point I'm somewhat apprehensive. Guess I'll get a better idea once I see the whole sitch tomorrow.

OK - orf into the day.

Have a good one, Undies and keep the chokkie munching down to a dull roar, will yers?
