Some very good news this Am from my friend who had a spot of bother last month.

Tomorrow she will be 30 days AF. She isn't counting, because she knows she can never drink again. She found a great councellor, withdrew from Xanax, is taking it all one day at a time. She is thoroughly enjoying the clarity, and is getting through a time of immense personal change really well, by setting very small acheivable goals.

I could NOT be more proud.

Such good, happy Undie reading matter today!

I've been trying to write a report on my Visit by the Young Things but it's turning into a novella so I decided against posting it here. It's not my place to discuss their stuff on the net. Suffice to say, they all want to come up again soon and maybe stay for a couple of days? And, strangely, I'm ok with that notion. In fact I think I'd enjoy it. Collectively, they passed the test.
